Shipping Policy Legend-Store

At Legend-Store an average delivery takes about 5 working days after receiving your payment to our account (international bank to bank transfer is 4-5 working days). Orders are processed from Monday – Friday. If we have received your order after 12 noon EST it will be processed the following working day. Because packages must pass through customs clearance, we cannot predict exact delivery time frames on international shipments.

We ship via major carriers like DHL and FedEx to North and South America, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. We ship to other countries as well. 

Free Shipping (Consumers only)
Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Legend-Store offers free shipping on all orders placed on our website by consumers, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Legend-Store understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

Import duties, taxes and tariffs

Items being shipped will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. We ship our products under the so called 'Delivered duty paid' (DDP) principle. This is a delivery agreement whereby legendURN assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port. This agreement includes paying for shipping costs, export and import duties, insurance, and any other expenses incurred during shipping to an agreed-upon location in the buyer's country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it could cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If your currency is not available in our checkout page please let us know by filling in our contact form and the SKU(s) of the article(s) you are interested in. A Legend-Store Customer Service Representative will contact you as soon as possible.

For personalized items, please allow additional processing time. Please keep in mind that our carriers do not deliver on Sunday or major holidays. If necessary, we can customize your delivery to your needs. If an additional delivery charge is required after your order has been submitted, a Legend-Store Customer Service Representative will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged the additional delivery fee without your approval.

Can I place an order and have it delivered elsewhere?
Yes, you can. On checkout, you will have the option of having your order billed to one address and shipped to a different address.

Address correction
If we are provided with an incorrect shipping address, the package will need to be re-routed to the correct address. This will cause a delay. Please be careful to put the correct and complete address in the shipping information section at checkout to avoid this situation.

Legend-Store cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, acts of God (such as weather), a mistake by the parcel service or other such circumstances that are beyond our control.
